Hello Katinas!
Ok, Ya’ll…I’ll be the 1st 2comment! (LOL)
Really nice video of Hawaii! Maybe one day I will be able 2go before the rapture…hahhaa. My favorite vacation spot is Fort Lauderdale, FLa. Why? Because I have lots of great memories growing up in Florida with my grandparents. I lived in Ct…but always in the summer months from June 2 August my parents flew us to live with both our grandparents who had moved there when we were young. I learned the Cuban culture living with my grandparents. My grandfather had 2mango trees, an avacado tree, orange & grapefruit tree, fig tree, pepper tree, key lime tree. My grandmother ALWAYS cooked cuban food! Lots of Black Beans, Rice, Plantain bananas..Nothing but cuban food…lol. It was always the same when we would arrive from the airport and just entering their home…as soon as my grandfather (Abuelo) would open the door we would smell a blast of mango fragrance through the house. He had so much mango on the window sills and in boxes. My grandmother (Abuela) would make homemade Jam and give it away…lol. My grandmother would put her cuban music on and make us girls dance salsa with her…lol. She would take us to Fort Lauderdale beach always & make us go to Catholic church every Sunday. My grandparents were the BEST!!! So, that is why I love Florida as my favorite vacation spot!!!

My Favorite vacation spot is still Samoa, Samoa is the most beautiful place I have ever been, & the people are some of the nicest I’ve ever met. I got to spend 3 weeks there & I didn’t want to leave.

Great video James! Hawaii looks beautiful! I haven’t had the opportunity to visit there yet….but, it’s on my list! My favorite vacation is not just one place…it’s cruising in the Caribbean….especially with a group of Christian musicians and speakers, such as yourselves! =) I think St. Martin/St. Maarten is beautiful. I also love St. John for a quieter scene. Some day, I want to see more of Mexico and the island of Curacao…my husband is of Mexican descent and my pastor is from Curacao. But, I think cruising is great because you can see different places without having to pack and unpack. I like that the ship is your home base and you don’t have to really think about where to eat all the time. Hope to see you guys (and your families) on a cruise again someday! :D

Thank you Lord for the connection from the New Hope Christian Fellowship Church in Oahu and entire island of Oahu. You are so spirted and gifted Samoan Borthers that God has equipped you with the power and authority with the powerful holy spirit to spread the Love and Aloha and especially your unique tool that God blessed you with to spread the Word of God to believe and trust him as your mighty Savior around the world. Please come back soon tos pread your awesome Love and Aloha to us again. I like also say thank you very much for blessing us to sing at the worship during our church service giveing message from our mighty and strong powerful foundation and master of planting church Dr. Wayne Coridero. I hope you enjoy the sun and water and especially spedning quality with the Katina ohana. Thank you very much for the blessing of your nephew to be honored and blessed to play for the Univeristy of Hawaii football team this coming season. God bless

My favorite vacation spot so far…is Hawaii. Lee & I went in 2003 when I was 10 weeks pregnant with Kiana, our first born. We stayed with my uncle and his family on the Airforce base. We’ve only been to Oahu, but we did visit your brother Dave’s church! We were impressed! We loved the worship, how dressed up people were, (since HI is very casual), & the STRONG AC! I know the message was good, too, but I don’t remember what it was about; sorry, it was 7+ years ago. :) We got to meet Dave, and one of your cousin’s named, Moses, (not that they would remember us), :) but we didn’t get to meet Debbie. She was teaching Sunday School during the 2nd service. Other than the beauty of Hawaii, my favorite part was the weather. I loved that when it rained, it was short and hard, not all day rain and drizzle, day after day, (like Oregon), and it was still warm when it rained, but it didn’t feel humid to me. Plus it was in the 70′s to 80′s the whole time we were there, which is PERFECT! Of course, we were only there for 10 days in March, so I don’t know what it’s like the rest of the year. I would love to visit more of the Islands, including Samoa :), and Lee & I would both love to vacation in Europe someday…Italy, Ireland, England, Greece, and so on! :) Thanks for sharing the view of Waikiki today, I hope you guys have a great time over there! My favorite place to vacation is San Diego, because I live in Hawaii and going back to San Diego to see family and attend the Rock Church to hear the word of God from Miles and the othe pastors is just an awesome experience everytime. No trip to San Diego is ever complete without attending the Rock. I can be extremely tired but I will still wake up Sunday morning and go. I was prepared for you all to come to Maui and I told all my friends to save the date so they could hear you all. For some reason it was cancelled so now I pray and leave it to God that one day you all will make it to Maui, or I will catch you in San Diego (I always miss you by a Sunday before or after). I haven’t been to that many places, but I would have to say that my favorite place is Asheville,NC.We went to Biltmore Estates, which is basically this mansion built a long time ago.They take you on a tour through the house, and they have a winery and other stuff on the estate.That was ok, but I think the best part is the view.I love to look at the mountains (they’re so beautiful in the fall time) and enjoy the scenery. Its just a nice place to chill out(sometimes literally) and enjoy life!

I can’t say I’ve traveled much, family vacations to the usual places (Disneyland, San Fran, Vegas…) Still, my most favorite vacation spot would be my grandparents home in Waianae where I was raised. Grandma always has something good cooking, I sleep better than I ever do at my own home and I never wonder what my children are doing because there is always yardwork to be done there. The beach is our backyard and the mountain views are so beautiful.

I’d say California during the winter (Disneyland,Sea World,LA, etc.), the island of Kauai in the summer…but nothing beats ‘HOME’, here in Oahu. My favorite place to visit is the west side, by Waianae, the beaches and view in the general are amazing, but most of all, the sunset, its breath taking. Honolulu is a little city, getting too packed and busy, but its always nice to go to a place where you can get away, relax and thank God for his wonderful creation that we here call ‘home’.
