A Quick July Update

It’s been 2 weeks since our new record “Collage” has been out and the response has been incredible. We want to thank our Kuzins from all over the world for your generous support and also for taking it upon yourselves to get the word out. YOU are our distribution company and marketing team, so “thank you, thank you, thank you”!

During release week, we were in Auckland, New Zealand for several concerts. The highlight was seeing 2777 people commit their lives to Christ during a Harvest Crusade with Greg Laurie. It was a historic event for the entire nation. This is our 15th year of working with Harvest. It has been an incredible blessing. From Auckland, we flew to Los Angeles, California and had the opportunity to hang out and lead worship for 1000 young athletes for the entire weekd. It was awesome to say the least. We partnered with our friend Miles McPherson and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Some of our own kids were in attendance so it was extra special for us to be a part of the camp. Hundreds of students surrendered their lives to Jesus and many of them made a commitment to sexual purity. It was one of those life-changing moments.

Our first radio single, “Home” is going for “ADDS” this week. This means that radio stations all over the country now have the song. The hope is that they’ll add it into their regular rotation. Be listening out for it. We are also preparing for a fall tour, “Welcome to the Collage”. Other than our annual Christmas tour, this will be the first time in years that we’ve been on a “tour” of our own. We are excited about seeing our Kuzins from all over as well as the possibilities of going to new cities. Hopefully, yours will be one of them.

We pray that the rest of your summer will be relaxing and enjoyable. Remember that it’s just as important to “Play hard” as it is to “Pray hard”. In the midst of everything going on in your life, take time out to listen to what God is saying. He’s always speaking. If you haven’t heard Him lately, here’s a little reminder…He loves you! He loves you very much! He’s saying that everyday!

Collage – Coming Soon!

Greetings from Studio Central! We are hard at work and coming along with these new tunes. Just wanted to give you all an update on all that’s happening, as we move towards completing our new project “COLLAGE”. There is still no definitive release date yet, but we are going to have as many of these new songs available on itunes, in short order. In the meantime, we are making this announcement for the very first time…We are recruiting as many Kuzins as possible to be involved in promoting & marketing the idea of “COLLAGE”. We are simply asking that you would send us 2 types of photos. 1) of yourself or you & loved ones 2) of art or scenery/landscape that you captured. We are not quite sure how we will use these photos but we’re certain that we’ll come up with something creative. As a matter of fact, if you have any ideas for us, we want to hear them. Update From The Wives

Hey Everyone! This is Chrissy (James’ wife). We are having such a great time with our guys! This type of opportunity does not come around very often so when it does we jump on it! For me, it was exciting to be on a bus again. Traveling with ZOEgirl, we often took the bus and I enjoyed sleeping on it- I get some of the best sleep in those bunks! Kathi woke up in the morning, not as chipper as she usually is. Her exact words were “I didn’t sleep a wink”. It does take some getting used to…. About 15 minutes from our destination, the bus began acting up and before we knew it, we found ourselves at a large bus repair shop!

In the end, it wasn’t anything major, but it did cause a slight delay in our schedule. We spent the afternoon preparing for the evening’s event, where we would be interviewed on stage. I had a few last minute changes to my outfit so I hit the mall with Jessica. Sharee, Lori and Kathi opted to work up a sweat at the hotel gym for a while. Everyone was ready to go by dinnertime.

The evening was great and despite some nerves, the interview with the wives went off without a hitch! I also think the guys kind of enjoyed seeing us up there, in their places :) One thing I love about my sisters is that we are a team, just as the guys are. We work well together, as we feed off of each other’s individual strengths. Tonight was one of those nights that only confirmed that more in my heart. We are back at it again tomorrow and then…..NY, NY here we come!!

Back In The Studio

Kuzins, hope you all are doing well. We have some exciting news to share with you. It’s official, we are headed back in the studio to start working on our new record. It’s been a true joy to share our music with you over the past few years and we are forever grateful for your continued prayers and support.
